Josh comes from a legacy of contractors. His father and grandfather were both electrical contractors, running the family business, Bennett Electric Company (BEC). Many summers were spent in Florida’s hot attics, helping with wiring and learning the trade firsthand.

In school, Josh studied drafting and architecture, where he developed a love for precision. This attention to detail became a core part of his work ethic—ensuring everything is done correctly and to the highest standard. Anything less is unacceptable.

In addition to his work in construction, Josh is also a dedicated volunteer firefighter, proudly serving his community and demonstrating his commitment to helping others in times of need.

Josh has been happily married for over 25 years to his wonderful wife. Together, they have three daughters, two sons-in-law, two grandchildren, and one beloved dog.
